What brands of sewing machines do we service?

• Pfaff, Janome, Bernina, New Home, Singer, Elna, Neech, Brother, Simplicity and more.  Note:  New Vikings should be taken to the dealer where they were purchased.

Do you teach someone how to use a sewing machine that was purchased somewhere else?

• Yes. We charge $25 an hour for private lessons on your machine.

I'm having trouble with my quilt project, can Sew Smart help?

• All Sew Smart stores have quilting employees who will happily discuss your problem and offer solutions and suggestions...in person or on the phone.

Is custom sewing and quilting available?

• Sew Smart does not offer custom sewing and quilting at this time.  You may wish to contact our Quilting and Sewing instructor Sally as she does.  Her number is 715.370.3535.
