What brands of sewing machines do we service?

• Pfaff, Janome, New Home, Singer, Elna, Neech, Brother, Simplicity and more.  Note:  New Vikings and Berninas should be taken to the dealer where they were purchased.

Do you teach someone how to use a sewing machine that was purchased somewhere else?

• Yes. We charge $25 an hour for private lessons on your machine.

Where is your Wausau store located?

• Inside the Washington Square-Downtown Wausau.  Just outside the Wausau Center Mall.  (The food court entrance). For a map click here. 

I'm having trouble with my quilt project, can Sew Smart help?

• We have on staff in our Wausau location on Mondays and Tuesdays here to work with you specific needs to assist you in your quilting problems.

Is custom sewing and quilting available?

• Sew Smart does not offer custom sewing and quilting at this time.  You may wish to contact our Quilting and Sewing instructor Sally as she does.  Her number is 715.370.3535.
